Vertical Slice


After all of the playtests were done we had plenty of feedback and new ideas to use in order to make the vertical slice for our game.

We have finalized most of the puzzles, with a few ideas still to be fully decided. We then split up the tasks and got to work on our respective puzzles. I'm really excited to see how the first iteration of these puzzles pan out after all of the feedback from the playtests is taken into account!

The puzzles that I have so far work well, they are the word puzzle and also the nature inspired puzzle which we decided to keep after the nature themed prototype was liked by a lot of the playtesters. I also have ideas for a few new puzzles, based on the comments from  the playtests on what people thought would be fun,  like a building puzzle. This one, along with the other puzzles that are still 'in development' won't feature in the vertical slice just yet but hopefully I'll have them done soon enough, ready for the next iteration of the game!
